i know my yahoo password & id but it says invalid & when i try to reset my password , it says i cant do that online i have to contact yahoo costumer care i did but they didint respond if you can reset my password , please do that for me my id is me_thecapturer@yahoo.com thank you

desperately need help, for some reason I can't log into my yahoo account with my original password. I have tried everything, even the recover and customer service.
